Happy Monday everyone! Stopped by one of my favorite NYC spots (it’s very picturesque and Instagram-worthy =) Casa Magazine yesterday. In the middle of the hustle and bustle, it’s the perfect place to get loss for a few minutes. Inside, magazines are stacked from wall to wall with almost every available publication. Gorgeous photography on glossy pages, it feels a little old-world mixed with modern sensibility.
A spring moment today in ruffles and lots of red. This STYLEKEEPERS red dress (similar ASOS under $40) moves like a dream! The cascading ruffles, the shoulder cut-out, the strong crimson color… all together create such a standout piece. Coupled with over-the-knee boots this dress works for cold weather cities, and paired with strappy sandals this midi piece is perfect for sunny destinations. There’s also an old-world feel to it. Maybe it’s the ruffle high neck or the mini button detail, but whatever it is there’s certainly an understated charm to it. With that said, I couldn’t imagine a better way to accent this dress than with vintage earrings. And these earrings have caused me so many late night chases! I’ve been hunting nonstop for more vintage earrings. I love wearing them with a high neck sweater or dress and my hair pulled back. It’s such an easy way to achieve a sleek and chic look!
Hope you had a great weekend and thank you so much for reading!
