Happy Monday everyone! We drove back from San Francisco last night and immediately packed for our next trip. Hawaii is hosting a fashion conference and they invited us to attend! I feel incredibly honored and am super excited to speak on a panel about fashion and social media. Moreover, I hope to meet the local designers there and learn about their history, passion, and work.
When I saw this skirt, I thought it would be a creative challenge to style it to look like a one piece dress. I ran to my closet, paired it with different silhouettes, and decided that a fitted top would best help blend the upper portion with the A-line shape. A bingo moment happened when I tucked in this peplum top under the skirt. Almost finish! The faux one piece appeared a little naked as though it was missing something. And double bingo! An embellished belt with similar floral designs to the lace :)
I’m so happy that you liked the purple and leopard pairing in the last blog post! I can’t wait to share an ombre version for winter later this year. Hope you had a great weekend and thank you so much for reading!
