Happy Friday everyone!
To me, bomber jackets are somewhat of an enigma. They’re casual cool and have a unique androgynous aura. And moreover, they tend to have a sporty vibe. I admire from afar women who can pull off the sporty look, but on me, I look like a confused color guard (I did it in high school =) spinning flags on an ice rink. A little odd and ill at ease. I’ve tried on many bomber jackets and finally found design aesthetics that complemented my personal style. I love the feminine details – the sheer organza panels and floral prints – and greatly appreciate that it still has a sporty side with a zip front, ribbed knit collar and cuffs.
A few weeks ago, I had the absolutely pleasure of being on set with Cara Crowley from Vogue TV and Tacori for a styling session featuring day-to-night looks. The video is now live – Tacori Styling Sessions! I hope you enjoy the different outfits and find the jewelry layering suggestions helpful. Have a wonderful weekend and thank you so much for watching and reading!
