Thank you so much for the Disneyland suggestions!  We actually didn’t get to spend that much time there, but made the best of what we had.  We went on a few rides (surprisingly the wait wasn’t too long!), indulged in churros and red velvet cake (I was looking forward to the corn dogs, but unfortunately couldn’t find the stand), and witnessed MM’s grade school friend propose to his girlfriend.  It was a very special day!

This blazer had me at hello.  I’m a huge fan of stripes and polka dots, but have never ventured into ikat print before.  This blazer made the transition seamless.  The colors are bold but not loud, and more importantly it summons cheer, making a bad day good and a good day great.  Unfortunately when it arrived, it was too big on me so I was at crossroads whether to keep or return it.  I appreciated the silk crepe, vibrant colors, and patterns so much that I handed it over to my tailor to see if he can perform minor surgery so that it would fit me better.  After I got it back from Hector, I was floored.  It fit perfectly without compromising the print.  I’m so happy I kept it!  This little blazer is a ray of sunshine to my jacket collection.  The burst of colors is like seeing double rainbows in my closet!

Thank you so much for reading!
