Layers of Blue :: Denim jacket & Dark blue shorts

Playing with old favorites and layering different shades of blue today.  Since my denim jacket (last seen here with an all white outfit) has a flare silhouette and plaid top (last seen here with a print on print outfit) has a peplum shape, I decided to style it together for a layered peplum look.  To keep with the color story, I wanted to anchor the look with a pair of sleek deep blue shorts.
