Happy Monday everyone!
I call this my funny dress. I love funny people and funny things, so naturally I gravitated to this piece. It’s kind of like a potato sack with wings. And I adore it! It has so much personality. A babydoll silhouette with a textured finish, it leaves room for a magic trick… Look ma, no hands!
While I greatly appreciate the beauty of fashion, I love it when a piece incorporates a sense of delight and amusement. To me, this dress embodies one of the joys of fashion – humor. A playfulness that brings sunshine and glee to whoever wears it. I wore this to dinner last night and felt the sophistication of a lady mixed with the whimsy of childhood days. I adore the textured organza material and side panel design. It keeps me well entertained. I can pop in and out with my no hands trick!
Hope you had a wonderful weekend and thank you so much for the suggestions on treating bruises and scars! My right knee is a little blue and green and my left knee still has an open wound. Last week in San Francisco, I tried learning how to drive a Vespa. A few seconds after acceleration it started going too fast, so I tried braking. Unfortunately I didn’t brake properly, and both it and I slid and kissed the ground. Funny thing, I actually enjoy the two almost symmetrical marks on my feet. For some reason, I makes me feel like a rabbit =)
Thank you so much for reading!
