I’m a huge believer in classic pieces, but also enjoy participating in trends.  Bralettes are a big trend this spring/summer, and I wanted to play with it while at the same time interpreting it in a way that reflects my personal style.  Bralettes are naturally cut very high so to play with proportions I paired my cropped one with slim high-waisted trousers.  I wanted to create a seamless look without exposing any skin in the middle.  And to add a hint of sophistication, I finished the outfit with a tailored blazer.
