Oh man, where does the time go?! We only have less than two weeks left of summer. It’s a sad thought, but I’m ready for fall!
As we transition from summer to autumn, colors get richer and deeper. Vibrant yellows turn into marigolds, bright reds to burgundy hues, lush greens to military olive colors, all of which are so beautiful to play with!
This dress is just a sneak peek of more autumn colors to come! A midi length with a fluttery ruffle hem and ruched bodice, I layered it with a square neckline smocked top to create a single dress look. These two pieces, midi dress + smocked top, are meant for each other! I love how the puff sleeves add a hint of romanticism to the look (the long sleeve version also looks incredible!). When we’re well into autumn, I can’t wait to restyle it with lace-up boots!
