Ahhh the sister/twin/bff to the little black dress… the little white dress! A fresh take with the same impact, the little white dress is beautiful for day and night.
Like all great statement pieces, it’s all in the details. And this little white dress has so many details to love! From the one-shoulder design to the cascading ruffles to the ballooned sleeve, it’s perfect for city nights, dinner by the water (Santorini, I’m looking at you!), vacation destinations, and so much more! I especially love the bright white hue. It’s so fresh and elegant!
Just like how a LBD works so well with a red lippie, little white dresses are equally striking with crimson accents. It gives just the right amount of drama without taking away the simplicity and freshness. Coupling it with my all time favorites, I paired this beautiful piece with red strappy sandals and ruby lips.
In addition to fashion, I love photography. Colin and I are constantly chasing light. Because the buildings in NYC are so high, it’s actually harder to shoot at golden hour here than it was in LA. But once in awhile, we find that perfect light. Peeking through buildings and reflecting against cobblestones, we get super excited when we see golden hour. And we had a blast shooting this outfit! Five minutes after we finished, the light was completely gone. What perfect timing!
