Dressing Up for Fall

Sometimes it’s so good that you have to share it again!  In this case, it’s this dress!

As you probably know, I’m a huge fan of restyling items.  I truly believe that a piece needs to be enjoyed over and over again.  Last time, I wore this dress on its own with orange pumps.  This time, it’s a color remix with loads of texture and dashes of red.  Next time when we’re deep into fall, it’ll be a crewneck sweater (so that the ruffles will pop out) over the dress, styling the dress as a midi skirt with boots.  One dress, so many possibilities!

Like restyling this dress, another thing has been restyled and I love the new change!  The Nordstrom Rewards program is now the Nordy Club!  I’ve been with their rewards program for years, and this new change is an elevated version of their old program.  And the best part, it’s FREE (you can see all of the Nordy Club benefits here).

My favorite parts of the Nordy Club benefits: everything you spend counts as Nordstrom Notes and it’s faster and easier to redeem them now, early access to the Anniversary Sale once you reach Insider status, free basic alterations and up to $300 in alteration credits that can be used on complicated alterations, the reserve-online-and-try-in-store feature, and access to beauty and style workshops.  The last rewards program was more transactional, this Nordy Club rewards program is very personalized (it’s free to join, become a member here).

I bought this dress last month and am thinking of getting the blue version too now.  It’s such a refreshing design and an interesting silhouette.

Fall in New York is spectacular and we just got a glimpse of it in Central Park today.  We have friends visiting in November and can’t wait to come back when the leaves are vibrant yellow and deep red.  Thank you so much for reading and special thanks to Nordstrom for partnering on this post!

As always, thank you so much for reading!
