The power of a suit. I always knew that women wore capes under their suits.
From ivory to red to plaid, every suit has a different personality and feel. I love them all! And the pairing options are limitless. From classic items like a sharp button-up to fashion forward pieces like a corset, suits are fun to style, to layer, and the ultimate mood enhancer.
Ivory is so sharp and chic! It’s a great base to add a pop of color. And my color of choice – emerald green. I wanted to complement the feminine nature of the scarf tie blouse with a cutout corset, and contrast the overall look with strong elements and structure from the ivory suit. And my favorite part – from now till 3/22, M.M.LaFleur is donating 40% of proceeds from this ivory Centennial Suit to She Should Run, a non-profit organization that empowers women to run for office.

I love green, but I love plaid and stripes a whole lot more! Classic black is indeed a classic. This is one set that every woman should have in her wardrobe. Not only that, they can be worn as timeless separates. We can dress the blazer up or down. A chic black blazer = great with matching pants and great with jeans.
