Welcoming spring with a color palette that looks and feels like spring bloom.
These photos were taken over two weeks ago, before the stay-at-home mandate. And boy, looking back I really do miss the energy of NYC. The current energy of New York is a mix… feeling proud that our governor is actively mobilizing to prepare for the worse case scenario, feeling a deep sense of gratitude to all the healthcare workers and essential service workers risking their lives, feeling sorrow that the cases keep climbing, and feeling simply overwhelmed. But there’s no other place I’d rather be. There’s so much solidarity, unity, and love here.
At home and only going out to pick up groceries and to make medical deliveries (while practicing social distancing), Colin and I are still doing phone consultations and shipping out orders from Artemis. On the WLB side, fashion does give me a little break from world news updates. Taking a break and talking about spring dressing for now… one of my absolute spring must-haves is a great trench. Today, we’ll be highlighting that great unique trench. Something that is a statement piece, so beautiful that you can wear it as a dress, and moreover, that makes you feel beautiful. Below are some fun unique options for your viewing pleasure.
I hope you enjoy these photos and this post. More importantly, I hope it brings a dash of joy to your day. Happy spring and please be safe! As always, thank you so much for reading!
