Dancing :: Linen Tunic & Ostrich Clutch

by wendy

I think dancing is so spiritual – it can transcend your body and mind into another world.  And the best part about dancing is when you’re dancing by yourself.  It liberates your soul.

I love to dance!   Sometimes, the crazier the better =P  And one of the joys that I find in life is seeing fabric dance – the way it moves on your body, the personality that it has, and the mood that it sets.

I bought out my day clutch today.  For a long time, I was looking for a clutch that was simple yet stylish, and didn’t really find anything that I liked.  So I decided to make my own =)  I went to a fabric store and this faux ostrich leather print caught my eye.  Two yards in and three weeks later, I finally made up my mind on the design.  I wanted something oversized, asymmetric, and simple.  It took me about three days to finish this clutch.

I would like to take this moment and express my sincere gratitude to Beartea, Comp597all, Sherl, Tran Xgiang, Andrea, Yaya H, Swelsh, Lana, Sunshine, RachelMichelle, Inedat4, Katie, Heather Sario, Roanna, Essentiial, Lara, Anna Saccone, Petite Mom, Loni, RelatableStyle, Minny, Pauline Lau, Vivian Vo, Ying Khang, Malaniethu, Melanie Y, Katy, Kileen, Susanna Niccum, STN, Quynh, Ellen Ming, Alternations Needed, Lena, Andreia Santos, Cee, Jenny Wu, Andrea, Linda, Raya, Michelle, Lei, Omg Adrienne, Jessy, iAMminky3, Tresha, Suelen, lollypinkbow, Nelah, JT, Adgex0, Valeria Bis, Chaney Chou, Sarah Robinson, Shelby Marshall, Kriskitzo, Tien, and Maimai019 for your kind words.  The last couple of days has been very tearful for me.  I cried when I wrote the ‘Frankenstein‘ and ‘The Lab‘ entries, and I cried again when I read your comments.  From the bottom of my heart, thank you so much for your support!  I greatly appreciate it.

Thank you David for the amazing photos!
